We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in bDüsseldorf (Germany) /b, you will work in a distributed team from our office in bMálaga (Spain /b) or from home. /ppbr/ppbWhat you'll be doing /b /ppbr/pulliImplement and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a focus on 1–2 core modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance Goals, Learning, or Compensation). /liliTranslate business requirements into system configuration and ensure solutions meet operational needs. /liliWork closely with HR and IT teams to support day-to-day system usage and continuous improvements. /liliExecute assigned topics independently and take ownership of smaller initiatives or work packages. /liliSupport testing, deployments, and system enhancements across the supported SuccessFactors modules.
