AtAstek, we are looking for aSenior IT Project Managerto join a high-impact international initiative with one of our key partners in thepharmaceutical industry.
You will be part of aglobal programwith teams distributed acrossEurope, the US, and China, collaborating with multiple IT and business stakeholders in a highly regulated environment (Pharma R&D;).Main Responsibilities
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and financial activities across multiple R&D; IT systems
Support the execution of system changes aligned with program objectives
Act as a primary point of contact for general stakeholders (EU/US/Asia)
Ensure alignment and communication across distributed teams
Prepare program-level reports (status, risks, dependencies, progress)
Anticipate risks, propose mitigation strategies, and drive resolution
Contribute to governance activities and continuous improvement within the programWho You Are
5+ yearsof experience managing IT projects in international or multicultural environments
Experience inPharma, Life Sciences, Biotech, or regulated environments (highly valued)




Project Management certifications (PMPorPRINCE2 Practitioner)
Solid understanding ofWaterfallandAgilemethodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Knowledge ofITILand IT Service Delivery practices
Hands-on experience with tools such asServiceNow (SNOW),HPSM,Jira
Exposure toRelease / Change Managementprocesses
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
English C1/C2(global environment)
