Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, backend engineers, product managers) to define and deliver new features.
- Ensure applications meet high standards of quality, performance, and security.
- Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay current with the latest Android development trends, tools, and best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in Android development.
- Strong proficiency with Kotlin (Java knowledge also valuable).
- Experience with Android SDK, Android Jetpack, and modern architecture components (e.g., MVVM).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
- Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with CI/CD tools for Android.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso).
- Exposure to mobile performance tuning and analytics.
- Background in sports, gaming, or entertainment apps.
