This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and dynamic professional to contribute directly to pipeline generation and play a key role in scaling our sales development function in a fast-paced SaaS and FinTech environment focused on transforming employee benefits.What you’ll be doing:* Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.* Generate interest, qualify prospects, and book meetings for our Account Executives.* Consistently achieve activity targets (calls, emails, meetings set) to generate a healthy pipeline for the Account Executive team.* Keep our CRM updated with accurate information.* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaigns and outreach.* Stay up to date on market trends and best practices to continuously improve outreach techniques.
