In this capacity, the role will focus on supporting the successful delivery of programs by providing analytical, operational, and reporting support.She/he should be a power user of analytics and visualization tools, possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies, and thrive in a fast-paced, science-driven environment with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.Specific ResponsibilitiesInitiation of new projects and work packages:Support in the evaluation of new programs by preparing client project proposals, evaluating scope, timelines and budgetPrepare contracts and amendments to support the ongoing CDMO programsBudget monitoring and invoicingSupport in finance forecasting, capacity planning and budget trackingMonitor the completion of deliverables triggering billing activities.



Liaise with finance to coordinate the monthly invoicing to CDMO clients to meet forecast and budget objectivesIdentify and assess deviations versus the forecasted revenueMonitor expenditures to ensure alignment with program budgets.Program management tools and reportingBuild, monitor and maintain program management tools, databases and information systems such as Jira, action trackers, risk management files, and budget databasesTrack project milestones, deliverables, and granular timelines.Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.Administrative & Operational SupportProvide operational support in the execution of project activities to the lead Program ManagersClosely interact with the PM team and all functional disciplines of the company in a matrix role, integrating all expertise into the programWhat do you need?Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or similarLanguages: English, Spanish languages will be an asset.Experience (years/area): 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.Specific Knowledge:Project management methodologies and toolsExperience with budget management and financial analysis.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Travels: Occasionally,
