KD is looking for a Finance Digital Transformation Lead to join its team. Please find inside the responsibilities, profile, conditions and other details of the position.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate digitalization and automation projects within the finance and administrative area, including evaluation, selection, and implementation of new solutions.
- Design scalable end-to-end processes for:
- Investor reporting
- Management reporting
- Invoicing
- HR administrative processes

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the department through:

- Documentation
- User training
- Change management

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial processes are robust, scalable, and data-driven.

What You Bring

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in finance transformation, process automation, or digital projects.
- Digital acumen as well as understanding of accounting principles and the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements (P&L;, BS, and Cash Flow Statement).
- Languages: Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Tools:
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, macros)
- Basic programming knowledge
- AI / Automation tools (Claude, N8N, Zapier or similar)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

- Nice to have:

- Previous experience in Big 4 firms in departments such as CFO Office, Finance & Digital Transformation, or similar.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
