/liliConduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments on active BESS projects. /liliDevelop, implement, and maintain BESS-specific health and safety plans. /liliLead and support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning. /liliDeliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing training to employees and contractors. /liliPromote best practices in electrical safety, with emphasis on LV and HV systems. /liliMaintain and update safety records including RAMS, audit reports, incident logs, and training records. /liliCollaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to enforce and improve safety performance. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbQualifications: /b /ppbr/ppbr/pulli5-7 years of relevant EHS experience in the energy or construction sector. /liliMaster en Seguridad y Salud.
