To develop Envision’ strategy in Europe LATAM we are setting up a team of high-qualified professionals, building a team in Madrid and other geographies. /ppbr/ppJoin now the Envision team in Spain to solve challenges for humanity’s sustainability future. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbAbout the Role: /b The EHS Manager (Spain) will support and kick-off the Spain upcoming projects portfolio. /ppbr/ppHe/she will lead the EHS department in Spain developing and coordinating EHS policies, conducting risk assessments, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with Spain regulations and industry standards. /ppbr/ppHe/she will review EHS requirements and documentation, liaise with stakeholders, and oversee the smooth integration of HSE requirements across design, commissioning, installation and OM phases. /ppbr/ppThis position will play a critical role in safeguarding project delivery timelines, strengthening compliance frameworks, and building local EHS capability for ongoing and future projects. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbResponsibilities: /b /ppbr/ppbr/pulliEnsure full compliance with Health Safety regulations, especially in energy and construction sectors.



/liliConduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments on active BESS projects. /liliDevelop, implement, and maintain BESS-specific health and safety plans. /liliLead and support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning. /liliDeliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing training to employees and contractors. /liliPromote best practices in electrical safety, with emphasis on LV and HV systems. /liliMaintain and update safety records including RAMS, audit reports, incident logs, and training records. /liliCollaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to enforce and improve safety performance. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbQualifications: /b /ppbr/ppbr/pulli5-7 years of relevant EHS experience in the energy or construction sector. /liliMaster en Seguridad y Salud. Especialidad de Seguridad en el trabajo y ergonomía y psicología aplicada. /liliIn-depth knowledge of Spanish Health and Safety legislation and applicable codes of practice. /liliDemonstrated experience conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. /liliStrong understanding of electrical safety protocols and practices. /liliAbility to design and implement practical safety strategies and site-specific controls. /liliExperience and strong confidence in delivering inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions to diverse audiences. /liliCollaborative mindset with ability to work effectively alongside contractors and multi-disciplinary teams. /liliFull driving licence and willingness to travel frequently to project sites. /liliIdeally, experience with ISO 45001 implementation or maintenance. /li /ul
