Physics graduates, Engineers, and Electronic Technicians

to join our

Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)

team. In this role, you will become part of a growing laboratory, contributing to expanding our technical capabilities while working hands-on with cutting-edge technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing and analyzing test plans for electrical and electronic equipment, including radio technologies (GNSS, RFID, WiFi) Setting up and commissioning equipment under test Deploying laboratory instrumentation and test setups Operating advanced test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, EMI receivers, RF signal generators, and radio communication testers Working with EMC test environments (anechoic chambers, RF antennas, reference planes) Using specialized lab software (Elektra, EMC32 – a plus)



Executing test procedures and ensuring compliance with applicable standards Preparing high-quality technical documentation and test reports Supporting customers and updating test progress in internal systems Contributing to the development of new test capabilities and laboratory improvements Collaborating on high-level technical projects in Space and Big Science sectors What we are looking for Degree or professional qualification in Electronics, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or related fields Experience or knowledge in testing laboratories (ENAC-accredited and ISO 17025 environments are a strong plus) Familiarity with EMC and RED directives (2014/30/EU, 2014/53/EU) Knowledge of standards such as: Railway: EN 50155, EN 50121 Radio: ETSI EN 300 / EN 301 series Substations: EN 60255, EN 61850 IT/Multimedia: EN 55032, EN 55024 Additional knowledge (a plus): Military: MIL-STD-461 Aerospace: RTCA DO-160, ECSS standards A proactive, responsible, and quality-driven xiphteb mindset Strong teamwork skills combined with autonomy and initiative Fluency in English (written and spoken) What we offer Flexible working hours to support your work-life balance Hybrid model: up to 2 days remote work per week or 9/80 schedule (depending on role) Continuous learning through internal training and development programs Attractive benefits package including: Life insurance Adaptable compensation (tax benefits on private health insurance) Sports club access A multicultural and multidisciplinary work environment Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and innovation projects Competitive fixed salary 24 working days of vacation + additional days (Birthday, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Easter)
