Experteer Overview
As a Full-stack Engineer in Product Engineering - Marketplace, you will help Treatwell be discovered, understood and chosen across 13 markets. You’ll work across growth and marketing initiatives, building foundations, improving discoverability, and delivering customer-facing improvements. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance speed and quality, shaping products that drive bookings. This role offers impact across searchability, experimentation, and conversion, with a strong DevOps and product-minded focus.

• Build and evolve technical foundations that support customer acquisition, activation and retention
• Improve discoverability for search engines and users without becoming a pure SEO role
• Instrument work and support experimentation frameworks to validate ideas with data
• Ship user-facing improvements to landing pages, discovery journeys and conversion flows from concept to production
• Own services end-to-end—from architecture and database to UI and deployment
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate growth opportunities into engineering work while maintaining quality




• Maintain platform quality with a DevOps mindset across development and deployment

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience building production-grade web applications end-to-end
• Ownership of features from database schema to UI without handoffs
• Systems thinking and ability to identify upstream causes, not just symptoms
• Product mindset with user-centric decision making
• Data-driven and hypothesis-led with evidence-based decision making
• Ability to partner with non-engineering stakeholders and translate growth needs into technical options
• Fluent in English and able to work legally in Italy or Spain
• Experience in SEO, experimentation, analytics, performance, or growth-related areas is a plus
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude or Cursor is a plus
