A resourceful, technically excellent Forward Deployment Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering and client delivery. You will embed with banking clients to integrate Triple's AI agents into their core systems, making the "last mile" happen.

Triple is building the intelligence platform for banking operations. We're starting by solving one of the most painful problems in payments: dispute and chargeback management. Our AI agents automate the dispute workflows for card issuers, from intake and classification through evidence evaluation and scheme submission to Mastercard and Visa. We are also the leading transaction enrichment engine, trusted by 60+ banks and fintechs across 30+ markets. We have raised $10M in funding, an experienced team, and a large network of investors behind our company. Work directly with bank engineering teams to integrate Triple's AI agents into their core banking systems, dispute platforms, and card processing infrastructure
Build and maintain custom integration adapters, ETL pipelines, and secure APIs to ensure seamless data flow between client systems and Triple's platform




Translate client-specific requirements into technical implementations, adapting our platform to fit each bank's operational reality
Contribute directly to Triple's codebase: every integration insight becomes a reusable component that accelerates future deployments
3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Forward Deployment Engineer
~ Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, and data pipeline tooling is a plus
~ Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you define the solution as much as you build it
~ Customer-first mindset: you enjoy solving real problems with real people, not just writing code in isolation
~ Pragmatic builder who can balance engineering quality with delivery speed
