This is a bfull-cycle engineering role /b covering pre-sales, post-sales, and ongoing support, requiring both strong technical expertise and client-facing communication skills. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pp• Support the full customer lifecycle including pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales support. /pp• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored technical solutions. /pp• Deliver cybersecurity and network security solutions across various environments. /pp• Provide L2 technical support and troubleshoot complex issues. /pp• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on solution delivery. /pp• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor. /pp• Participate in occasional on-site visits, training sessions, and team events. /ppbr/ppbCandidate Requirements /b /pp• Experience in at least one of the following areas:
