Experteer Overview
In this role you help customers, suppliers and internal teams select and apply HVAC/R compressors, ensuring safe operation and compliant documentation. You will review test data, advise on system design, and support prototype testing and warranty cases. You collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Management to improve processes and tools. Your work directly impacts reliability, safety and customer satisfaction in compressor applications.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Provide technical support on compressor applications, operating limits, refrigerants, system design and installation guidance
• Assist selection and validation of compressors and accessories using data, software and supplier docs
• Review customer test data to identify deviations, risks or improvement opportunities in refrigeration circuits
• Support customers during prototype testing and commissioning phases
• Manage and follow up technical inquiries with factories and suppliers
• Assist warranty and claim processes by collecting data, coordinating analysis, and contributing to reports and recommendations
• Maintain and update technical documentation, datasheets, guidelines, knowledge bases and selection tools
• Provide technical input to Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Management as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes, response quality, and digital tools

Responsabilidades




• Technical education in refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical or electrical engineering or a similar field
• Experience in HVAC/R systems, refrigeration circuits, compressors or technical customer support preferred
• Knowledge of compressor technologies (scroll, rotary, hermetic reciprocating, variable speed) is a plus
• Understanding of refrigerants and application conditions (CO2, R290, R32, R454C, others)
• Ability to read technical drawings, datasheets, wiring diagrams, application envelopes and performance tables
• Knowledge of EN 378, PED and Ecodesign is a plus
• Good command of Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM, selection software or technical database experience is a plus
• Good written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented communication of complex technical topics
• Accurate, structured and well-organised working style
• Team player, proactive and responsible regarding product quality, reliability, safety and customer satisfaction
