Construction Manager - Valencia, Spain - 12 Month Contract

This is a unique opportunity for a Construction Manager to join a general leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

- Oversee and manage all site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Monitor construction progress against schedule, identify deviations, and support mitigation and recovery actions
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE requirements, including toolbox talks, site audits, and contractor safety performance
- Manage contractor performance,



including supervision, progress validation, workfront availability, and resource planning

What You’ll Need

- Extensive construction management experience, including experience on major capital projects (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Pharma/Biotech, or similar)
- Proven experience managing large EPC/EPCM construction scopes and multiple contractors on complex industrial facilities
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management, HSE regulations, and QA/QC processes
- Ability to interpret Primavera P6 schedules and validate progress
