Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the execution of talent strategies across three global functions, focusing on data-driven talent management, readiness, and development. You will coordinate talent reviews, succession planning and development initiatives while ensuring consistent reporting and insight across governance forums. You will manage project support for key talent initiatives and partner with HRBPs and managers to build a future-ready leadership pipeline aligned with business priorities. This is a cross-functional, impact-driven role in Schneider’s inclusive, international culture.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Prepare data and materials for talent reviews, assessments, succession planning and development actions; consolidate outcomes across GHR, GOV, and GFI
• Support leadership succession planning by tracking pipelines in TalentLink and other systems and providing readiness insights
• Contribute to the rollout of development initiatives (e.g., early career, HiPo, GTP) and support career development topics




• Produce and maintain talent dashboards and reports; ensure data accuracy and generate data-driven insights
• Provide project management support for talent initiatives, coordinating across stakeholders
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Managers and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across governance forums

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Professional HR experience (HRBP or similar)
• Experience with HR data, reporting, dashboards and HR systems
• Experience supporting projects or strategic initiatives in an international or matrix organization
• Strong learning agility and ability to quickly understand new topics and processes
