Freelance | Long term assignment | Potential permanent opportunity

MOMI is recruiting on behalf of one of its international real estate partners for a Property Manager to support the mobilisation and management of a prestigious office portfolio in Spain.

This recruitment campaign is being conducted in anticipation of a major contract award expected in July 2026.

About the assignment

Join an international project involving the transition of approximately 20 office buildings representing more than 400,000 sqm across Europe.

Working alongside local and international teams, you will play a key role in ensuring a successful mobilisation before the contract launch in January 2027.

Your responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial office assets.

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords and local stakeholders.

• Coordinate on site teams, suppliers and service providers.

• Manage lease administration and tenant relationships.

• Monitor budgets, service charges and operational performance.

• Produce regular operational reporting.





• Participate in site visits and collaborate with French and international teams.

Your profile

• Proven experience in Commercial Property Management.

• Experience managing office or tertiary assets.

• Strong lease administration and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent Spanish and English.

• French is a plus.

• Yardi experience is strongly preferred.

• Available from September / October 2026.

• Comfortable travelling when required.
