Experteer Overview
In this role you drive disciplined production of dispersions, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards. You will lead shifts, mentor operators, and push process improvements to shorten batch cycles and boost yields, supporting BASF’s safety culture and regulatory compliance. You’ll work closely with the Dispersions Plant leadership to maintain ISO-based systems and responsible care practices. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a strong impact on product quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

• Coordinate and manage production during shifts to meet quality targets
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle times, increase yields, and ease operations
• Guide officers and operators to maintain product quality to international standards
• Implement and supervise Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) systems in the plant




• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 norms and related procedures
• Act as incident/emergency controller during after-hours shifts
• Promote SHE/Responsible Care/5S and safe work culture; train subordinates on safety and handling of hazardous materials
• Ensure emissions discharge parameters stay within statutory limits and manage health of personnel
• Ensure PPE usage and proper work permit system in shifts
• Train plant personnel on SHE and MSDS-related topics
• Maintain documentation for Responsible Care requirements on an ongoing basis
• Serve as EHS representative during shifts

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering
• 4-6 years of working experience
• Chemical process knowledge
