Molecular Biology – Genomics & Epigenomics

Reference: Aniling2025/CPP24-01

Aniling seeks a postdoctoral researcher with strong experience in wet‑lab NGS and molecular genomics. Bioinformatics skills are highly valued. The candidate will support R&D; activities related to GEUS (Genomic and Epigenomic Unified Sequencing), contributing to the development, optimization and validation of new applications, reagents and workflows. The position involves close interaction with molecular biologists, bioinformaticians and product developers.

Main Responsibilities

- Design, implement and optimize NGS protocols for genomic and epigenomic assays
- Perform DNA extraction, QC, library preparation and operate NGS instruments
- Benchmark and validate experimental workflows
- Participate in the development of GEUS reagents, chemistries and kits
- Document protocols, results and SOPs

- Familiarity with NGS data analysis and bioinformatics
- Support sequencing data analysis, QC, interpretation and visualization
- Contribute to improving data processing workflows and integrating experimental and computational results

Requirements

- PhD in Molecular Biology, Genomics, Biotechnology or similar
- Extensive hands‑on experience with NGS wet‑lab workflows
- Knowledge of genomics/epigenomics (methylation or chromatin methods preferred)
- Strong teamwork, communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English
