Our firm is partnering with a well-funded sports gaming startup building the future of social sports prediction experiences. The company blends the excitement of sports fandom with engaging mobile game mechanics, creating a platform where fans can compete, progress, and win through their sports knowledge.

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist & Engineer to own the end-to-end data ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between building robust data infrastructure (Engineering) and delivering high-impact predictive models (Science).
We value a "data-first" mindset: you should deeply understand the behavioral or physiological meaning behind data points before architecting the systems that process them.

Architect & Build: Design and maintain the full data stack.
Develop ML models to optimize player LTV, retention,



and game economy.
Automate: explore how AI/LLMs can augment the data workflows.
Collaborate: Work directly with Product and Engineering to translate raw data into actionable growth strategies.

Experience: 4+ years in data roles, ideally within Mobile Gaming .
Technical Stack: Expert in Python , SQL , and the modern data stack ( GCP, dbt, Airflow, etc. ) Mindset: You are a builder who values data integrity and human judgment as much as high-scale automation.
Education: MSc in Data Science, Data Engineering or a quantitative field.
