Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP O2C Business Analyst with deep expertise across intercompany flows and Tax to deliver solutions of a integral business.

This role is based in Barcelona requiring 3 days per week onsite. Relocators will be considered as long as you currently have right to work in the EU.

- Deliver SAP OTC & Tax solutions end‑to‑end, including design, configuration, testing, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare.
- Provide Level 3 functional support for complex OTC and Tax issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support daily operations.
- Ensure strong commitment to delivery timelines and high‑quality outcomes.
- Act as a Business Analyst to drive and support improvement initiatives within the OTC and Tax domains.
- Work closely with Platform and Product teams to support integration projects across SAP and non‑SAP systems.
- Stay current with the SAP technology roadmap and recommend strategic enhancements to optimise the SAP environment.
