As HR Manager, you will partner with plant leadership to align people strategies with business goals across two sites. You will influence organizational design, talent priorities, and workforce planning while driving employee engagement and a constructive labor relations climate. You will lead compliance, development, and transformation efforts to support operational excellence and regional/global HR alignment. This role offers impact across leadership, culture, and performance in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in industrial/manufacturing environment
• Experience managing employee and labor relations in a unionized setting
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and collective bargaining
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation projects
• Leadership competencies in strategic thinking, business acumen, decision making and influencing at senior level
• People management skills in coaching, conflict resolution, negotiation and communication
• Fluency in Basque, Spanish and English
