Experteer Overview
In this role you will transform raw data into clean, reliable datasets and visualisations to empower business decisions. You’ll work at the intersection of Data Engineering and Data Analytics to support reporting across large teams and stakeholders. The position focuses on ELT/ETL best practices, data modelling, and high-quality data for Looker-powered analytics. You’ll contribute to a scalable data platform using modern cloud tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, develop, and maintain ELT pipelines using dbt and transform data in Snowflake
• Implement best-practice data modelling and CI/CD approaches for performance and accuracy
• Create data quality checks, tests, and monitoring for data assets




• Document data transformations and models for governance and reuse
• Collaborate with Data Analysts and business users to meet reporting needs
• Work with Data Engineers on ingestion strategies and platform optimisation
• Tune SQL queries and data models to reduce latency
• Champion modern data stack tools and practices, including Git and CI/CD
• Build Looker dashboards and visualisations for wide adoption

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in a data-focused role (Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, BI Developer)
• Expert-level SQL
• Hands-on dbt or similar data transformation tooling
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Strong data modelling, ETL/ELT concepts, and dimensional modelling
• Git for version control
• Experience with Looker or similar BI tools
