Experteer Overview
As CAMUNDA Business Analyst, you will bridge business needs with technical delivery in an agile setting, focusing on financial instruments workflows and system integrations. You will refine epics and user stories, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet requirements. You will author Confluence docs, map data between systems, and support SIT/UAT and production bug analysis. You will help shape the product roadmap and maintain sprint backlogs to align with priorities, risks, and milestones.

• Discuss financial instruments and management workflows with business
• Communicate with stakeholders (users, sponsors, dev team)
• Refine epics and user stories with PO and team
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Write/update Confluence documentation and present new features
• Define data mappings between systems
• Support SIT and UAT with process and data analysis
• Support PROD project functional bug analysis
• Work in an Agile environment, review needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and risks
• Develop and execute the product roadmap
• Translate roadmap features into well-defined product requirements (features, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Support PO in prioritization and sprint backlog maintenance for assigned products
• Support the team and the product
Responsabilidades
• 4 years of experience in similar roles and technologies
• Knowledge of Financial instruments
• Organizational, efficient communication and time management skills
• English level C1
• Experience in Agile teams with Scrum and tools like JIRA and Confluence
