In this role you lead HBX Group’s global Labour/Employee Relations function, shaping policy, compliance, and strategic guidance for a multinational workforce. You’ll develop and manage the Labour/Employee Relations team, partnering with HRBPs and senior leaders to handle disciplinary, grievances, performance, and retaliation cases while ensuring consistent, fair processes. You’ll translate global employment law into actionable programs and drive proactive risk management aligned with HR strategy. This is a strategic leadership role at a fast-growing travel tech company with a global footprint.

• Lead the Labour/Employee Relations team and deliver expert guidance to HR and business leaders
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders on disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence, and harassment cases
• Develop capabilities of HRBPs and managers in handling employee and labour matters
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Audit, Tax and other internal stakeholders




• Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and propose improvements to processes, culture, and performance
• Identify and drive HR Operations process improvements aligned with HR Strategy and compliance
• Respond to queries within SLA and support project delivery
