We are seeking our next Client Advisor starting from June for the whole summer season!

Missions

Responsibilities:

- Be a true ambassador of the RIMOWA brand and embody its values daily

- Welcome local and international customers

- Provide advice, present, and explain the technical aspects of RIMOWA products





- Develop and canvass the client portfolio

- Offer personalised advice and guide customers to increase sales and expand the client database

- Create, follow up, and engage with a client portfolio

- Collect contact information to update the CRM tool

- Restock products and organise the store

- Prepare and participate in inventories

Profil

-

- Higher education background

- Strong interest in the RIMOWA brand and the travel sector

- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent etiquette

- Fluency in English and Spanish

- Dynamic, welcoming, and warm, with meticulous attention to detail and sense of luxury
