Infrastructure Commissioning: Ensure all automated systems, sorters, scanning equipment, and physical structures are installed, tested, and legally certified strictly on schedule for the site launch
Vendor & Contractor Management: Successfully supervise and audit third-party engineering contractors, ensuring all installations strictly adhere to agreed technical blueprints,

Technical Asset Compliance: Guarantee that 100% of the warehouse machinery, charging stations, and mechanical infrastructure meet local industrial safety and energy regulations
Greenfield Launch Expertise: You must have a verified engineering or technical background successfully managing facility setups, automation rollouts, or reliability maintenance engineering (RME) for a large-scale distribution center or manufacturing site launch
A degree or advanced technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, with deep knowledge of automated material handling systems (MHS) and PLC-driven environments
Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory to manage local technical contractors and align on technical engineering specifications with general HQ. Knowledge of Mandarin is a highly valued corporate asset
