In this role you will shape regional benefits strategy for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, leading a high-performing team to deliver compliant, financially sustainable programs. You will collaborate with global and local stakeholders to align benefits with the broader business goals, manage renewals and budgets, and leverage data to optimize costs and enhance the employee experience. • Standardize operations with documented SOPs and program reporting for audits and leadership updates
