Experteer Overview
As a Vault CRM Architect at Veeva, you guide life sciences customers in deploying Vault-based applications aligned with best practices and scalable for growth. You act as a technical lead across Vault CRM, Events Management, and connected solutions, while migrating customer environments from SFDC to Veeva Vault. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end implementations and mentor others. This role offers meaningful industry impact within a supportive, autonomous work culture.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own and drive end-to-end implementation and migration projects across SMB and Enterprise accounts as a Functional Lead, Architect, Configurator, or Stream Lead
• Serve as Technical Authority, leading senior stakeholder discussions and guiding decisions using best practices and domain expertise
• Stay hands-on to configure, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
• Create actionable plans from ambiguous problems and push initiatives forward
• Push boundaries by exploring new AI tools and scalable, smart solutions for the team





Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of hands-on IT consulting/architecture experience in implementation projects
• Proven experience configuring and architecting on Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, or Salesforce (Force.com)
• Strong consulting background with ability to manage stakeholder relationships in complex environments
• Proven ability to learn new technology quickly and own complex technical outcomes
• Experience working with Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or Medical Device organizations
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments
• Willingness to travel ~20% (domestic and international); fluent in English
