Experteer Overview
As a Data Analyst at Embat, you turn raw data into actionable insights to scale the commercial engine. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to track performance and uncover opportunities. Your work supports faster, data-driven decisions across revenue, pipeline, and retention. You’ll own data collection, cleaning, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses, with opportunities to automate and improve reporting. This role puts you at the center of Embat’s growth with hands-on exposure from day one.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support data collection, cleaning, and transformation from CRM, marketing, and customer success platforms
• Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports on revenue, pipeline, marketing, and retention
• Execute ad-hoc analyses to solve business problems and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Improve data accuracy by identifying inconsistencies and coordinating cross-functional fixes
• Document key metrics, data sources, and logic used in reporting




• Identify and implement process automation and self-serve reporting opportunities
• Learn to translate business questions into data-driven insights for cross-functional teams

Responsabilidades
• 0-2 years of experience in data-related roles
• Computer Engineering studies
• Basic SQL and Python knowledge
• Strong numerical comfort and attention to detail
• Proactive, eager to learn, and problem-solver
• Enjoy working cross-functionally with diverse teams
• Strong communication and structured thinking
• Fluent in Spanish and working level in English
