Experteer Overview
In this role you will act as a trusted Workday advisor to customers, helping them maximize value from their Workday investment post go-live. You’ll work within the Workday Success Plans team to solve business problems through guided configuration, demonstrations, and tailored one-on-one guidance. You will deliver short, impactful consulting engagements and enable customers to adopt new features and optimize deployments. You’ll join a collaborative, impact-driven culture focused on customer success, continuous learning, and professional growth.

• Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts
• Provide small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements
• Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
• Create and deliver customer presentations on using Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
• Offer tailored one-on-one guidance (Optimization Packages)
• Provide one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)




• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
• Maintain Workday product expertise and certifications, stay updated on roadmaps and industry practices
• Help create new programs to drive customer feature adoption
• Deliver other Customer Enablement services (Office Hours, configuration reviews, one-on-one design)
• Support deployments including full feature rollout and travel up to 20%

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of IT implementation experience
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials Reporting
• 2+ years of software consulting experience
• Workday Certification or ability to certify in Workday Reporting, Workday Financials, or PRISM
• Ability to understand Workday concepts as new features release
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience; advanced degree preferred
