As HR Generalist for Iberia, you will coordinate core HR processes across Spain and Portugal, supporting alignment with business strategy. You will combine operations with data analysis to inform workforce planning and transformation. You will enhance onboarding, training, compliance, and employee experience while driving digital-first internal communications. This role contributes to CHEP’s sustainable, people-centric culture by enabling cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR processes and policies
• Support programs aligning structure, capabilities, systems, and culture with business strategy
• Develop and maintain programs for retention, engagement, talent management, performance, compensation, and benefits
• Coach managers on the HR self-service model (Workday case creation, centralized resources)
• Ensure legal compliance in day-to-day management, partnering with legal where needed
• Support onboarding, training, and compliance initiatives for new and existing staff
• Support and execute annual HR processes (performance reviews, salary reviews, talent reviews, engagement surveys)
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding with AskHR and Talent Acquisition, manage HR invoices and providers
• Coordinate and track expatriation/impatrition administrative processes and documentation




• Extract and analyze HR data from Workday and other tools; build dashboards and executive materials
• Create engaging internal communications using video/visual formats; manage intranet, Viva Engage/Teams, newsletters, digital signage
• Maintain records of contracts, leaves, and lifecycle milestones; ensure deadlines and compliance
• Coordinate HR transformation, digitalization, and cross-functional initiatives; share best practices

Responsabilidades
• 2-4 years in HR
• Experience across core HR processes: recruitment, performance, compensation u0026 benefits, analytics, learning u0026 development, employee lifecycle
• Desirable: knowledge of labour relations and Spanish labour compliance
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards)
• Workday (case management, reporting) and recruitment ATS
• Analytical ability to translate HR data into insights
• Knowledge of AI tools applied to HR and responsible usage
• Digital communication tools: Canva, Vyond, PowerPoint, Viva Engage
• Spanish (native/fluent) and English (advanced); Portuguese desirable
• Proactive, organized, strong communication, discretion and integrity
• Autonomy with initiative to progress projects and escalate when needed
