Experteer Overview
As a Support Engineer at Sysdig, you help protect cloud-native applications by delivering expert technical guidance to enterprise customers. You’ll collaborate with development teams to track escalations, bugs, and feature requests, while creating trainings and knowledge resources for the Customer Reliability team. You’ll triage issues, reproduce bugs, and support high-value accounts in on-call rotations. This role combines deep technical troubleshooting with customer-focused collaboration to scale security across cloud environments. You’ll join a globally distributed, inclusive culture that values open dialogue and meaningful impact in cloud security.

• Provide senior-level technical support and guidance on customer issues.

• Develop troubleshooting sessions, trainings,



and guides for internal CRE team members.
• Write, review, and maintain internal knowledge base articles.
• Triage and document bugs and enhancement requests observed in the field.
• Engage with Escalation Management on high-touch accounts.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience as a senior technical support/escalation resource for enterprises in cloud security, container management, or related fields.
• Master level Kubernetes and Linux experience.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash/Shell/Python).
• Working knowledge of public cloud providers AWS, Azure, GCP.
