Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the Ergomed Group Quality operations, overseeing Quality Cost Grids, Quality as a Service information, and support for RFIs and bid defence activities. You collaborate with the Associate Director to align with GxP frameworks and drive quality across the organization, while mentoring staff to become subject matter experts. You will shape commercial quality materials and participate in client engagements and business development, influencing strategy and ensuring compliance. This is a global, cross-functional role that combines quality leadership with client-focused execution and thought leadership.

• Lead Commercial Quality activities across the group and ensure GxP compliance
• Act as SME for GxP Commercial Quality and contribute to procedures, policy, and training
• Drive quality input into client proposals, RFIs, and bid defence activities




• Engage in business development, budgeting, proposals, and client presentations
• Develop and maintain Quality Cost Grids and Quality as a Service materials
• Oversee metrics and reporting for Commercial Quality-related data
• Mentor and develop quality staff to become subject matter experts
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing integral quality culture
• Manage project quality and compliance activities including deviations, CAPAs, and audits/inspections
• Provide coaching and professional development for staff and succession planning
• Represent the company at client meetings or industry engagements when required
