As an Operation Instructor, you will qualify to teach PWR technology at Almaraz. This is a full‑time hybrid position reporting to the training school supervisor.

Main Responsibilities

-

- Work as an Operation Instructor, participating in all stages of the training process (SAT), including analysis and evaluation.

- Deliver training and provide operation consulting and technical support to personnel at the Almaraz nuclear power plant.

- Integrate into a team of more than 20 instructors, collaborating and communicating with autonomy.

Qualifications

-

- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific‑technical specialty (Engineering, Physics, etc.; a Master’s degree is valued).

- Availability to reside in or near Almaraz.

- English language proficiency B1.2, with higher levels preferred.





- Experience in nuclear technology, with specific knowledge in radiological protection, operations or training.

- Experience in digital training environments.

- Driver’s license and access to own vehicle.

- Willingness to travel and stay in national and international locations for sporadic project participation.
