Amigos is a technical recruitment agency focused primarily on hiring Software/AI/ML Engineers for startups & scale-ups across the US and Europe. We work with some of the most exciting early-stage companies in AI, Infra and dev tooling. The demand from our clients is outpacing our team so we're looking for a freelance recruiter to join us and help run candidate outreach and screening across our active roles.

Tasks

What you'll be doing:

You'll be given a portfolio of live roles and the tools to work them. Your main responsibilities are reviewing and launching outreach campaigns to candidates, managing replies, and running initial screening calls to qualify candidates against the brief. We handle the client relationship, you focus on finding and assessing the right people.

Requirements

What we're looking for:





- Previous experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house)

- Comfortable running screening calls independently

- Self-motivated and organised enough to manage your own pipeline

- Genuine interest in the tech startup space

- Fully remote

- Work your own hours

- Commission-based - 30% of the fee (our average deal value is $30K)
