Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the EU Production Finance team in Spain, helping ensure accurate funding, transparent reporting, and disciplined cash management across currencies and territories. You will work with cross-functional partners to onboard local accounting teams, navigate tax incentives, and improve reporting and workflows. You’ll contribute to scalable processes and best practices that elevate production finance across the organization. This position offers the chance to influence financial operations across the full production lifecycle and to support a growing slate of Spanish-language content.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support Production Finance operations for Spain, with flexibility to assist other territories
• Manage production funding and cash flow in multiple currencies, ensuring controls
• Collect, review, and validate monthly cost reports, GL, and trial balance for multiple productions
• Drive month-end close, identify variances and communicate root causes to leadership
• Maintain controllership over Spanish productions,



ensuring compliant reporting and risk mitigation
• Onboard local production accounting teams during pre-production per Studio guidelines
• Build relationships with external production companies and internal cross-functional teams
• Refine production finance metrics and reporting for dashboards and KPIs
• Invent and streamline processes and tools to scale operations across teams

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level or above)
• Progressive experience in production accounting or production finance (studio or freelance)
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish production industry, including SITC incentives and regulatory frameworks
• Experience managing production funding and cash flow across multiple currencies
• Ability to lead financial operations across the full production lifecycle independently
• Exposure to AI tools is a plus
