As Events Sales Executive, you drive revenue by selling the hotel’s event spaces, catering and banquet services while delivering outstanding guest experiences from enquiry to execution. You work within the Event Sales Department to convert prospects, coordinate with operations, and ensure Mandarín Oriental standards are met. This role suits a client‑facing seller who thrives on luxury hospitality, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll be a key contributor to revenue growth and event excellence in a prestigious Madrid landmark.

• Respond to event enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed business
• Sell meeting spaces, venues and catering services
• Prepare proposals, contracts and event documentation
• Conduct site inspections and client show rounds
• Coordinate event logistics with operational teams
• Manage event information within Delphi and company systems
• Ensure deposits, billing and payments are correctly processed
• Participate in pre‑ and post‑event meetings
• Achieve assigned revenue targets
• Upsell catering, accommodation and complementary hotel services




• Build strong relationships with clients and partners

• Support department with reporting, forecasting and market intelligence

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hotel event sales
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Customer‑focused with ability to build long‑term relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems
• Knowledge of hospitality and Food u0026 Beverage operations
• Adaptable schedule based on business and event requirements
• Fluency in Spanish and English
