Experteer Overview
In this role you drive early customer engagement for Gas u0026amp; Offshore at pre-FEED and FEED stages, shaping specifications and promoting Schneider Electric’s value proposition. You lead cross-regional collaboration to deploy segment strategies and accelerate adoption of electrification, digitalization and automation. You partner with global and regional accounts to unlock opportunities and co-develop innovative solutions with Innovation and Technology teams. You will be at the forefront of projects, influencing front-end decisions and advancing sustainable energy outcomes.

• Lead LNG u0026 Gas Processing and Offshore sub-segment strategy to drive growth through electrification, digitalization, automation and new technologies
• Act as subject matter expert for Gas u0026 Offshore, communicate UVP, and train regional sales teams
• Build and lead a cross-functional global collaboration network across BUs, Regions and stakeholders
• Support Global and Regional Accounts in identifying opportunities related to Gas u0026 Offshore, partnerships,



and pilot projects
• Engage with customers and industry partners to co-develop solutions and scale digital initiatives with Innovation and Technology teams
• Drive pipeline creation and early project engagement with pre-sales and prescription teams to influence project specifications
• Define account coverage strategies with target regions and Lines of Business to optimize business development
• Monitor market trends and opportunities to maintain Schneider Electric’s competitive position in LNG and Gas Processing

Responsabilidades
• Master degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent
• 5+ years in consulting sales, engineering, product support or project sales
• 10+ years in Gas u0026 Offshore segment with exposure to large, complex industrial projects
• Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and remote teams
• Strong leadership and cross-BU/general program management experience
