As a Business Analyst in WAVE, you will be the operational lead for AI-enabled business development, translating partner demand into actionable briefs and maintaining steady momentum across the team. You’ll shape vague requests, manage priorities, and ensure outputs are reusable and scalable. You will contribute to shaping WAVE’s direction, balance capacity with demand, and oversee governance to align stakeholders. Working closely with technical colleagues, you will design practical AI-based solutions and foster a culture of reusable patterns and high-quality delivery. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Act as front door for partner requests, evaluating viability, impact, urgency, and backlog fit
• Turn vague asks into crisp briefs for Technical Business Partner and engineers
• Own day-to-day prioritization and backlog flow, surfacing trade-offs under capacity constraints
• Protect team capacity by distinguishing between reusable, one-off, or declined work
• Maintain a reusable repository of slides, proposals, case material, and content




• Run WAVE's internal governance cadence, updating partners on status and decisions
• Translate early ideas into proposals, prototypes, and supporting materials
• Coordinate outputs with the team lead and technical counterpart for usability
• Contribute to the operating rhythm of a small, fast-moving pilot team as it scales

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years' experience in management consulting or equivalent, ideally ex-consultant
• Strong business judgment to assess feasibility, scalability, and value
• Fluent in consulting language with credibility with partners and technical colleagues
• Excellent structuring and written communication skills
• Ability to say no with a constructive alternative
• Working knowledge of AI capabilities and limits
• Experience shaping solution design with technical teams to improve AI outputs
• Full professional English; Spanish strongly preferred
