Experteer Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer at FYUL, you shape scalable, reliable software and lead technical initiatives that impact global on-demand commerce. You will partner with Product and Design to translate customer problems into robust solutions, while mentoring peers and raising engineering standards. You’ll own complex initiatives end-to-end, from design to monitoring, and drive improvements in reliability, observability, and delivery speed. This role offers influence across teams in a modern, distributed environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience building and operating production software in modern product environments
• Strong fundamentals in designing scalable distributed systems
• Deep understanding of modern data architectures and scalable data pipelines
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, messaging systems, distributed storage, and automation
• Strong observability, monitoring, debugging, and production-operations skills
• Ability to solve complex technical problems with customer/business outcomes in mind
• Experience breaking down large initiatives into incremental, iterative delivery
• Strong product thinking and ability to align engineering decisions with business impact
• Excellent communication to explain concepts and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Comfort with ownership and driving initiatives in ambiguity
