Experteer Overview
In this hybrid role, you will empower data-driven decisions by building reliable data models in the gold layer with DBT and delivering actionable analysis and dashboards. You’ll focus on the People area to support talent, headcount, engagement, and performance decisions, while collaborating with Product to shape pricing and usage insights. You’ll own metrics, governance, and storytelling to turn analytics into concrete business decisions. This is a fast-paced scale-up where you’ll write the playbook for data initiatives.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, build, and maintain gold-layer data models (DBT) as a single source of truth with tests and docs
• Define and document KPIs, resolve conflicting definitions, and maintain trusted metrics source
• Develop Power BI dashboards with clear ownership and iterative improvements
• Perform advanced analyses (cohort/retention, impact modeling, forecasting) to inform product, pricing, or lifecycle decisions
• Partner with Business and Product to turn ambiguous questions into actionable analyses that drive decisions
• Foster collaboration between business and Data teams, building a shared metrics language




• Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics Engineers to ensure data integrity and model consumption
• Translate analyses into clear narratives that align stakeholders and drive action

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in Analytics Engineering, BI, or Data Analyst roles
• Fluent SQL with ability to model and debug complex queries
• Python for analysis and lightweight workflows
• Familiarity with DBT and layered medallion modeling (bronze/silver/gold)
• Production BI experience with Power BI (or Looker/Tableau)
• Strong advanced-analytics fundamentals (cohort/retention, segmentation, funnel/driver analysis, A/B) with solid statistics background
• Version control with Git/GitHub
• Business-minded communication with ability to translate data into insights
• Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, able to handle ambiguity
• English working proficiency
