Responsibilities
- Manage the phys‑chem and mechanical lab to achieve certification targets
- Maintain and upgrade GLIMS as needed
- Support the plant, customers or other Hexcel sites in all issues related to results or lab testing
- Coordinate continuous training of lab technicians and new lab recruitments
- Review customer and internal specifications related to testing, and release test requirements
Qualifications
- Experience as group coordinator
- Degree in Chemistry or Engineering
- Experience in composite testing
- English speaking xcskxlj
- Advanced level in data software (Microsoft, Minitab)
- Eligible to work in the country where the position is based
