Experteer Overview
In this role, you will define and implement architecture blueprints for Digital Business Platforms (DBPs) within Ru0026amp;Du0026amp;R. You will align with GPOs, Digital Offices and EA governance to drive harmonization, innovation, and integration across business and IT. You’ll lead a team of IT Solution Architects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to map capabilities and optimize processes. This position offers the chance to shape digital platform strategy in a global, diverse environment and contribute to BASF’s digital leadership.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define DBP domain architecture blueprints in alignment with the Ru0026Du0026R team and GPOs
• Design and document domain solutions integrating processes, value streams, and information flows across DBPs
• Maintain integrated business architecture view (processes, value streams) within the domain
• Act as functional design authority for DBPs with business capability mapping
• Ensure DBP solutions fit the broader enterprise architecture and contribute foundational guidance
• Analyze current processes and systems to identify inefficiencies using value stream mapping
• Governance: ensure adherence to standards, frameworks, tooling,



and DBP project processes
• Operationalize architecture principles, standards, and blueprints within the domain
• Lead KPI reporting on architecture principles, standards, and DBP-related metrics
• Collaborate with GPOs, DBP leads, and stakeholders to drive harmonization and innovation
• Lead a team of IT Solution Architects to meet DBP architecture goals and enforce EA guidelines
• Develop change management plans for smooth business transformations

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor/degree in Information Technology or related field (formal degree not explicitly stated)
• 10+ years IT or related experience
• Ru0026D experience preferred
• Experience leading global cross-cultural and multidisciplinary teams and change management
• Familiar with modern technologies and trends
• TOGAF and/or ArchiMate certification
• Advanced level of English
• Familiar with APQC, SCOR, Agile or ITIL frameworks
