Italian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter
to join our international team and help us recruit candidates for customer service and multilingual roles across Europe.We're looking for someone who already understands the pace, ownership and expectations of agency recruitment and enjoys building candidate pipelines from scratch.About The Role
As an Italian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you'll manage your own recruitment projects from sourcing through placement while working remotely as part of our international team.During your first three months, you'll receive a paid onboarding and training period, giving you time to learn our clients, systems and recruitment processes while building your own pipeline.After the onboarding period, you'll transition to an
uncapped commission model, where your earnings are directly linked to your results.To succeed in this role, you should be willing to dedicate approximately 30-40 hours per week.Your Responsibilities




Source and headhunt Italian-speaking candidates for international positionsRecruit candidates in English for multilingual roles across EuropeConduct interviews and assess candidate suitabilityPresent high-quality candidates to our clientsBuild and manage your own candidate pipelineMaintain excellent communication throughout the recruitment processCollaborate closely with our international recruitment teamFollow up with candidates after placement to ensure a smooth onboarding experienceRequirements
Native or near-native Italian and strong English skillsExperience managing the full recruitment cycleStrong sourcing and headhunting skills, particularly using job portals and social mediaComfortable working independently with performance-based targetsHighly organised, proactive and self-motivatedPassionate About Candidate Experience And Quality-driven Recruitment
