**Role Summary:**
The **Supply Chain Program Lead, Systems & Data** is responsible for leading the governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of supply chain business systems, core operational processes, and master data management.
This role ensures that supply chain systems and data support efficient, standardized, and scalable operations across procurement, planning, inventory, manufacturing support, logistics, and fulfillment.
This position serves as a key link between supply chain, operations, IT, finance, and data stakeholders.
Th is role drives process consistency, system effectiveness, and data accuracy while establishing governance models, controls, and performance metrics that improve service, reduce cost, and support business decision-making.
**Your role:**
+ Lead the support, enhancement, and optimization of supply chain systems and related applications, including roadmap planning, testing, implementation, deployment, user training, change management, and post-go-live support
+ Partner with business and IT teams to define system requirements and translate operational needs into scalable solutions
+ Manage system roadmaps, enhancement priorities, and release planning for supply chain applications
+ Coordinate system testing, user acceptance, deployment, and post-go-live support
+ Monitor system performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions and process improvements
+ Support reporting, dashboard development,
and visibility tools for supply chain operations
+ Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of supply chain and master data across systems through strong standards, validation rules, and governance controls
+ Lead data quality improvement efforts through audits, KPI tracking, issue resolution, and root cause analysis to prevent recurring errors and strengthen business processes
+ Maintain aligned master data structures, business rules, and controls to support reliable planning, procurement, inventory management, and reporting across functions and sites
**Your profile:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, or related field
+ 6–10+ years of experience in supply chain systems, process improvement, master data management, or related roles
+ Strong knowledge of supply chain functions including procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and operations support
+ Strong IT and Systems knowledge (Office, SharePoint, SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Power Apps)
+ Experience with master data governance, data quality controls, and process standardization
+ A bility to translate business requirements into system and process solutions
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
+ Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities
+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience with data governance frameworks and process control environments
+ Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools
+ Knowledge of system integrations and workflow automation
+ Integral or multi-site supply chain experience
+ PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred
