ABOUT THE ROLE As a Data Steward, you’ll own how product information moves from business teams to market — validating, enriching, and syndicating data through in River across every channel it touches. It’s a cross-functional role with real breadth: resolving data gaps at the source, maintaining syndication templates, and keeping product data accurate and channel-ready.

WHAT YOU WILL DO Validate product data across core systems to ensure completeness and accuracy; Upload product data into PIM systems and resolve data gaps with stakeholders; Support business teams with product data issues across channels; Communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure data quality aligned with product launch timelines; Create, track, and report on product data and launch status; Maintain and reconfigure syndication templates in in River.





MUST HAVES 3+ years of experience in data management ; Understanding of data lifecycle ; Experience using multiple tools for data management and stewardship; Experience with in River or PIM tools (Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo) ; Experience with PIM syndication for retailers or marketplaces ; Proficiency in Excel ; Ability to work under tight deadlines; Strong communication skills; Fluent English level.

Requirements Minimum of 3 years working knowledge of data management principles and concepts.
Good understanding of the data lifecycle.
Ability to leverage multiple tools to create and maintain necessary data stewardship inputs and outputs.

Inriver experience is a must. Alternatively, we can consider candidates with an experience in Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo (only with a complex setup since this PIM is basic). Retailers' and marketplace experience: we're interested in candidates who set up/did PIM syndication for retailers/marketplaces.

Good Excel Skills.
Ability to work efficiently under the pressure of permanent deadlines.
Good communication skills with both business and technical audiences.

Fluent written and spoken English.
