At Factorial, we're looking for a Full-Stack Senior / Mid Product Developer to help us boost our team and the company to the next level.

The Team

The Growth Product team is the most impactful team at Factorial because we work across the entire customer journey: from enhancing the platform our sales team uses to demonstrate Factorial, to creating upselling experiences that help customers discover new products and streamlining the onboarding process of new companies.

Imagine building something that helps our sales team improve their conversion rate by 10%, or designing an automated process that enables our specialists to handle five times more clients each week.

These projects drive over $1M in annual recurring revenue and are led by the Growth Product team.

You will join forces with talented colleagues like Lara Menendez, Amalia González, Chloé Dumit, Rubén Pérez, Pablo Gutiérrez, and David García.

The Tech Behind

Our projects are built in React with Type

Script and Ruby on Rails.

Typically, our tasks are 75% Frontend and 25% Backend.

An owner with a critical eye, eager to propose new ideas and responsible for building, deploying, and validating them.A person passionate about business and revenue growth, excited to find ideas that can generate €1M or more.

An entrepreneurial mindset, even if you haven't founded your own company, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

At Factorial, transparency is key.





Salaries are equal for the same role and publicly available: Mid Engineer: €40,000 base + €2,800 variable quarterly, plus 10% ESOP after one year.

Senior Engineer: €55,000 base + €5,500 variable quarterly, plus 10% ESOP after one year.

We aim to make your application process smooth and efficient: Talent Interview (30 mins): An informal chat to get to know each other and answer your questions about Factorial.

Engineering Manager Interview (1 hr): Focused on how the growth product team works and your experience.

Challenge (2 hrs): A practical task to assess your research and problem-solving skills, with resources at your disposal.VP/CTO Interview (1 hr): Final discussion with our leadership.

Offer Letter: If successful, a formal offer will be made.
