Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the Procurement PMO to deliver strategic results and continuous improvement.
You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to govern and execute procurement programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
You’ll build dashboards, monitor savings and KPIs, and lead governance for major initiatives.
This position offers visibility across Corporate, Business Areas, and Business Units, with real potential to shape procurement strategy in a global, sustainable organization.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Govern the annual Procurement Business Plan across Hydro Extrusions and business units
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking savings, KPIs, and initiative progress
• Ensure correct data entry and upkeep of Provalido performance management system
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive improvement plans with the procurement team
• Co-develop strategic initiatives to enhance global procurement value with the VP Procurement
• Maintain and utilize procurement tools (spend cube, contract repository, sustainability tools, savings tracking, Share
Point)
• Foster strong relationships with Corporate, Business Area, and Business Unit stakeholders
• Lead policy, procedure, and governance framework development for Procurement
• Coordinate training and best practice sharing across Procurement teams
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred emphasis in Program Management, SCM, Business Admin, Finance, Engineering
• Minimum 15 years in a PMO or equivalent program/project environment
• Proven ability to develop executive presentations, dashboards, and performance reports
• English fluency (spoken and written)
• Preferred: Master's (MBA or related)
• Preferred: Program Management Certification (PMP, PMI, CAPM)
• Experience supporting procurement, strategic sourcing, or purchasing functions
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Power
Point, Teams, Access, Share
Point)
• Procurement software/system experience a plus
• Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is a strong asset
