Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, evolve, and modernize AI-enabled applications for public healthcare, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems across cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments.

You will shape the architectural vision, uphold technical quality, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions.

You will apply AI and generative AI techniques to automate processes and drive transformation, including AI agents and RAG components where appropriate.

This position blends strategy, hands-on architecture, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Develop conceptual, functional and technical designs for AI-enabled solutions
• Define and evolve application, service, integration, and infrastructure architectures, considering microservices, containers, APIs, messaging and event-driven patterns
• Design integration of information from multiple sources and heterogeneous systems using synchronous and asynchronous mechanisms
• Apply AI and generative AI tools to develop,



modernize and automate applications and processes; incorporate AI agents and RAG when needed
• Define non-functional requirements, monitor technical quality, and prepare architectural documentation; coordinate with development, infrastructure, security, integration, QA, and operations teams
• Defend architectural decisions, identify risks and dependencies, and provide technical leadership to development teams
