As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be joining a integral SaaS business management platform within a team focused on delivering reliable, scalable, and automated infrastructure solutions.

You'll play a key role in driving automation across workflows, integrating APIs, and ensuring operational efficiency while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Skills

Skilled in scripting and automation, with experience in creating and maintaining reliable scripts

Experience in streamlining workflows across platforms such as Okta, Slack, etc

Knowledge of working with REST APIs to extend automation and enhance tooling capabilities

Monitoring and alerting solutions (e.G., Nagios, Zabbix)Strong understanding of infrastructure and identity management tools,



with Jamf expertise highly desirable

Familiarity with Dev

Ops practices and tools such as Git

Hub and Terraform

Responsibilities

Build and maintain reusable automation components while adhering to best practice standards

Identify and address potential infrastructure issues before they escalate

Collaborate with teams across the business to enhance and support shared tooling

Evaluate and recommend new technologies or tools to meet evolving requirements

Act as an escalation point for the Service Desk, providing guidance, mentoring and ensuring timely resolution of complex issues
