In this role you strengthen governance, compliance and internal controls across global payroll.

You drive a standardized, well-controlled payroll environment by leading governance initiatives, monitoring KPIs and managing audits with cross-functional partners.

You develop dashboards and insights to support decision making and contribute to the General Payroll Transformation journey, shaping future processes, controls and service delivery.

You join a multi-country team delivering operational excellence with a cross-company impact.

• Monitor payroll risks, controls, audit findings and remediation activities
• Define, track and report Global Payroll KPIs and operational performance metrics

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, finance, human resources, accounting, or related field
• Several years of professional experience in governance, internal controls, process management, audit, compliance, shared services, or similar functions
• Payroll experience is highly desirable
• Strong experience in process governance, internal controls, risk management, and performance monitoring
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting, analytics, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
• English - advanced
